We offer the high-quality wood windows, hall-doors and substandard sliding systems made of triple laminate glued scantlings, made of our own. The scantlings are radial sawn with *8**6 mm cross-section. It affects substantially on the quality of the end product and corresponds to all the technical and sanitary norms, recommended by Ukrainian Gosstroy. - All defects of timber (snags, knots, etc.) are removed. - Because of the small size of elements of the scantlings and gluing its fibres in different directions there is no internal pressure inside timber and scantlings. It makes the articles of «Modern» resistive to crooking, torsion, cracking, etc. - The work parts are drying out under *2 % moisture content. These conditions meet the requirements of our climatic zone. - The opportunity of producing combined scantlings (Pine is installed in the outside and the oak or the other exotic species of wood are installed in the inside of accommodation). The raw materials, using in producing of the scantlings: 1. Pine; 2. Larch; 3. Oak; 4. Oak/pine (combined); 5. Exotic species of wood (for inner furnishing). Thanks to availability of the new cybernetic (automatic) machinery of SCM, Omga, Cefla (Italy) Loewer and the cutting tool of Leitz (Germany) our specialists have an opportunity to consider every order with an individual attention.
